Refund Policy

1. Program Enrollments: Refunds for program enrollments will be processed based on the following conditions:

Full Refund: A full refund will be issued if the cancellation request is made within 2 days from the date of enrollment.

• Partial Refund: If the cancellation request is made after the specified 2 days but before 5 days from the date of enrollment, a partial refund may be provided, subject to deduction of administrative and processing fees.

• No Refund: No refund will be provided for cancellations requested after 5 days from the date of enrollment.

2. Franchise Agreements: Refunds for franchise agreements are subject to the terms and conditions specified in the individual franchise agreement. Please refer to your franchise agreement for details regarding refund eligibility and procedures.

Processing Refund Requests

1. To request a refund, please send an email to support@skillindiamission.in, clearly stating your intention to cancel and the reason for the refund request.

2. Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days from the date of receiving a valid refund request.

3. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed upon.
